Last week my computer was, I thought, terminally ill. Every time I turned it on it said "no thank you" and shut itself down!! I was about to consign it to reformat process, Which would have wiped all of my valuable information and necessitated many unwanted hours of reloading software when a little voice in my head said "PHONE KEN" so I did.

He turned up within two hours and despite his best efforts, could not immediately identify the problem. However he did ascertain, to my relief, that the information held on it was intact and suggested he took the machine away for a bench test to try and solve the problem. He did, and with sparkly new parts installed it was returned within 24 hours.
I commend Ken not only for the fixing the machine but also for his friendly, assured and positive attitude in doing just that. He went to a great deal of time and trouble to help me out and it was appreciated.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ken's (Laulind Ltd) services to anybody who needs it.

At Field Training Services we rely heavily on our contact information on our computer systems but each member of staffs computer did not communicate with one another, which meant we all had to copy each other in when emailing clients and replying to enquiries, so we all knew they had been dealt with.

This resulted in us having unnecessary emails that we looked through and prevented us from getting on with other work and it created time management issues. We needed to identify an easier solution.
Ken Muschamp at Laulind visited Field Training Services and discussed our need and what we thought we needed to improve our work management. Ken managed to easily explain the benefits of going onto Google and a "cloud" server! We trusted in Ken to make the right decision for us, as long as it met our needs.
Previously we had been flippant in making choices about our IT and when we'd heard something we liked we went for it, without thinking it through. Ken explained every stage and so far has met every requirement we have asked for and spent time looking for alternative solutions which suit us, each time we have another IT requirement.
The staff at Field Training Services now work more efficiently together, have access to each other's computers, calenders and the company is managed better.
I would highly recommend Ken and Laulind for their calm but knowledgable approach to solutions for their clients but above all because in providing this service they have helped my business grow.

I am writing to thank Ken at Laulind Ltd for his service in dealing with an issue I had at Shelton's in Camberley.

At Shelton's we have a printer that is always causing us issues but generally works to a high standard. However one day it completely stopped working, this caused a major problem for us as it is the only printer in the office, meaning we could not provide documentation for our clients, I called Ken and within 45 minutes he was in the office trying to fix it, in the end he had to take it to his workshop but he provided us with a spare printer which he connected to our system to enable us to continue trading. The printer is now back in the office and is working perfectly.
Again I would like to thank Ken for his prompt and excellent service and I would have no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone who has a need for his expertise.
